What KAIDA is
KAIDA is a utility token. It does not represent equity, ownership, dividends, profit guarantees or an investment contract. Participation is voluntary and ecosystem-based.

Trading status
KAIDA has been created and distributed, but there is currently no liquidity pool and it cannot be bought or sold on an exchange. KAIDA Points are used inside the Kainuwa platforms and are planned to be converted into KAIDA tokens later. A conversion date, rate or listing is not guaranteed. Treat anyone offering to sell you KAIDA as unofficial.
Market risk
The price of digital assets can move sharply in either direction and can fall to zero. KAIDA does not guarantee any financial return.
Regulatory risk
Rules for digital assets differ by country and can change. You are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply to you. Compliance efforts will align with jurisdictional requirements.
Smart contract risk
Smart contracts can contain errors and blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Sending tokens to a wrong address or network may be permanent. No independent security audit has been published for the KAIDA contract.
Adoption and liquidity risk
Platform features such as staking and governance are planned and depend on ecosystem maturity. Even after liquidity exists, it may be low, and you may not be able to sell at the price or time you want.
Third-party services
Wallets, exchanges and BscScan are run by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
Your responsibility
Keep your recovery phrase private, verify the contract address, and never invest more than you can afford to lose.
